Job Summary
This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Tender Data Analyst and Documentation Specialist based in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. The role involves managing and analyzing tender-related data, preparing detailed documentation for bids, and supporting the tender process by generating actionable insights. Responsibilities include maintaining data models, conducting statistical analyses, ensuring high-quality reporting, and collaborating with team members to streamline data-driven processes and enhance communication.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Procurement, Economics, or related field
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience in tender analysis, procurement data, or bid evaluation
- Strong proficiency in Excel or other data visualization tools
- Familiarity with tendering platforms and procurement regulations
- Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills
