Job Summary
We are looking for a Training Officer to join our team. This position is ideal for someone eager to build a career in professional training and development.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field (Psychology or Social Science preferred)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Interest in training, education, or capacity building
- Ability to work collaboratively and learn quickly
Key Responsibilities:
- Support planning and coordination of training programs
- Assist in preparing training materials and resources
- Provide administrative and logistical support during training sessions
- Contribute to monitoring and reporting on training activities
