Job Summary

We are looking for confident, English-speaking Logistics Dispatchers to coordinate shipments, secure contracts, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. You’ll be the reliable point of contact managing schedules, closing deals, and keeping clients and drivers informed. If you are detail-oriented, persuasive, and a strong communicator, this role is for you!

Duties:

• Finalize deals with U.S. clients, ensuring successful agreements
• Secure contracts with drivers through phone communication
• Maintain effective communication with clients, drivers, and team members
• Conduct research in the transportation and logistics sector to stay updated with trends
• Track shipments, document interactions, and follow up as needed

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 6 months in customer service or dispatching
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Strong attention to detail with exceptional follow-up skills
• Professional attitude, presentation, and demeanor
• Ability to multitask and solve problems effectively
• Strong team player with a collaborative mindset
• Basic computer proficiency, including email and internet usage
• Previous sales experience is a plus
