General Manager Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and empathetic General Manager to oversee the daily operations of our center. This role combines:
- Business management
- Staff coordination
- Client service oversight
Qualifications
Management experience in a healthcare or service industry, such as:
- Clinic manager
- School administrator
- Practice manager
Education
- Master’s in Healthcare Administration or related field (preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, or related field
Experience
- 3–5+ years of management or administrative leadership in:
- Healthcare
- Mental health
- Service
- Education
- Social services
- Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and working with families is a strong plus
Skills & Attributes
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Familiarity with therapy/mental health practices and sensitivity to confidentiality
- Financial management (budgeting, billing, insurance processes)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Empathy, patience, and professionalism when engaging with clients and families
