General Manager Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and empathetic General Manager to oversee the daily operations of our center. This role combines:

• Business management
• Staff coordination
• Client service oversight

Qualifications

Management experience in a healthcare or service industry, such as:

• Clinic manager
• School administrator
• Practice manager

Education

• Master’s in Healthcare Administration or related field (preferred)
• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, or related field

Experience

• 3–5+ years of management or administrative leadership in:
• Healthcare
• Mental health
• Service
• Education
• Social services
• Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and working with families is a strong plus

Skills & Attributes

• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Familiarity with therapy/mental health practices and sensitivity to confidentiality
• Financial management (budgeting, billing, insurance processes)
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Empathy, patience, and professionalism when engaging with clients and families
