Marketing Department Head Role Available

Job Summary

The Marketing department head will be in charge of leading, organizing, and coordinating the entire Marketing squad. Leads the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies to promote real estate properties, build brand presence, generate qualified leads, and support sales objectives for residential, commercial, or investment properties.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Planning:

• Develop, implement, and manage strategic marketing plans, budgets, and campaigns (online/offline) for property launches and ongoing sales.

Digital Marketing:

• Oversee SEO, SEM, social media (content & ads), email marketing, website management, and analytics to drive engagement and conversions.

Brand & Content:

• Ensure consistent brand messaging, develop compelling marketing materials (brochures, videos, virtual tours), and manage content strategy.

Market Analysis:

• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and trend monitoring to identify opportunities and position properties effectively.

Sales Alignment:

• Collaborate closely with sales teams to generate leads, support agent efforts, and align marketing with sales targets.

Events & PR:

Plan and execute property launches, open houses, trade shows, and community events.

Budget & Reporting:

• Manage marketing budgets, track ROI, and report on campaign performance to senior management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience, including at least 4 years in a managerial or leadership role.
• Experience in real estate marketing, leading teams, and running successful campaigns.
• Understanding of digital marketing, CRM software, analytics, and market trends.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, project management, and communication skills.
