Position: Marketing Executive
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Manage the marketing budget and track ROI on campaigns.
- Conduct market research and analyze customer behavior trends.
- Oversee branding, advertising, and promotional activities.
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to align marketing initiatives.
- Manage external agencies, vendors, and partnerships.
- Monitor KPIs, prepare marketing reports, and provide insights for management.
- Lead campaigns across digital, social media, mainstream, print, and events.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a marketing team.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related
- 3 - 4 years of marketing experience
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO/SEM, and analytics tools.
- Proven experience managing marketing campaigns and budgets.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
- Creative thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
