Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive Marketing Manager to lead and execute our marketing strategies. This role involves developing campaigns, managing budgets, analyzing market trends, and building our brand presence to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing plans and strategies.
- Manage online and offline marketing campaigns to boost brand visibility.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Plan and oversee promotional events and advertising activities.
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to align marketing efforts.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance and ROI.
- Manage the marketing budget effectively.
- Lead and mentor the marketing team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2 years & above experience in marketing, Logistics, or related
- Strong knowledge of digital and traditional marketing channels.
- Excellent communication, creative thinking, and project management skills.
