Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote cable and electrical products.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Support the sales team with marketing materials, product presentations, and promotional campaigns.
- Manage social media pages, online presence, and digital marketing initiatives.
- Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and networking events to build brand awareness.
- Prepare marketing reports and analyze campaign performance.
- Coordinate with production and sales teams to align marketing efforts with company goals.
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- BA Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial company.
- Strong understanding of B2B marketing, branding, and product positioning.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and MS Office.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong teamwork and organizational skills.
