Job Opportunity: Night Shift Call Operator
We are looking for a dedicated and professional Night Shift Call Operator to join our team at a lavish medical spa.
Responsibilities:
- Answer and manage incoming calls during night hours.
- Provide accurate information about services and appointments.
- Assist clients with booking, rescheduling, or inquiries.
- Maintain call logs and client records.
- Ensure excellent customer service with a calm and professional tone.
Qualification:
- Previous experience in customer service or call handling preferred.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work night shifts (flexibility required).
- Professional, courteous, and client-focused attitude.
- Basic computer knowledge.
