Packaging Operator

Required Qualifications

• BSc Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electro-Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
• OR Diploma/Level IV from a vocational or technical school in related fields.
• Additional training in manufacturing operations, machinery handling, or industrial systems is advantageous.

Experience

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• No prior work experience is required.
• Internship, apprenticeship, or practical exposure in manufacturing or production environments is an advantage.

Additional Advantages

• Qualification or training in Brewing, Packaging, Engineering, or Utilities is advantageous.
• Knowledge of packaging machinery and production line operations is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor packaging machines and production equipment.
• Assist in maintaining smooth packaging line operations and production flow.
• Inspect products and packaging materials to ensure quality standards are met.
• Perform routine cleaning and basic maintenance of machines and work areas.
• Report machine faults, operational issues, or quality concerns to supervisors.
• Follow workplace safety procedures and company operational standards.
• Support production targets and minimize downtime during operations.
• Maintain accurate operational records and reports when required.
