Pave Logistics is a leading logistics service provider in Addis Ababa. We are committed to fast, safe, and reliable delivery services. We are currently looking for hardworking and organized individuals to join our warehouse team as Packers.

Job Summary

As a Packer, you will be responsible for preparing goods for shipment. Your main goal is to ensure that items are packed securely, labeled correctly, and ready for safe transport to our customers. This is a hands-on role that requires attention to detail and physical energy.

Department: Warehouse / Logistics Operations

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Packing Goods: Securely pack items into boxes, crates, or containers using appropriate packing materials (bubble wrap, foam, tape) to prevent damage during transit.
• Labeling: Accurately label packages with shipping information, including weight, destination, and product codes.
• Inspection: Check items for any defects or damages before packing and report issues to the supervisor immediately.
• Loading & Unloading: Assist in moving packed boxes to the loading area and help load trucks when necessary.
• Inventory Support: Assist in counting stock and keeping track of inventory levels.
• Cleanliness: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.

Qualification

• Education: High School Diploma (10th or 12th grade complete) or Certificate in a related field.
• Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse, factory, or packing role is an advantage (but not mandatory; training will be provided).

Skills:

• Good physical condition (ability to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights).
• Basic reading and math skills (to understand labels and count inventory).
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours if needed.
