Job description
The role involves driving business development activities, managing partnerships, and supporting revenue growth through strategic engagement and collaboration.
The position focuses on proposal development, client relationship management, and achieving sales and performance objectives.
Key Responsibilities
The role includes business development, team coordination, and sales performance management.
- Develop tailored proposals, grant letters, and invoices for partners and funders
- Facilitate smooth onboarding and transition for new corporate partners
- Participate in regular communication with senior management to maximize revenue opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams to prepare and deliver training and educational programs
- Manage internal resources and work collaboratively to achieve shared goals
- Communicate the value proposition and ROI of products and services
- Meet or exceed sales quotas and performance objectives
- Analyze and improve team performance through coaching and monitoring
- Develop strong knowledge of industry trends, products, and competitors
- Execute client contracts from negotiation to closure in line with company policies
Qualifications
- BSc Degree in Economics, Business Administration, or related fields
- Minimum 6 years of relevant work experience
