On behalf of our client, we are recruiting a reliable and dedicated Private Driver & Personal Assistant. The role requires safe and punctual driving services, full-time standby availability, and assistance with basic administrative and coordination tasks. Candidates living around the Bole Atlas area are highly preferred.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide safe, timely, and professional driving services to the employer
- Maintain the cleanliness, safety, and proper condition of the assigned vehicle
- Assist the boss with messaging, document delivery, and follow-ups
- Handle errands and visits to government offices, banks, and other institutions
- Plan routes efficiently to avoid traffic and delays
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
- Maintain confidentiality, professionalism, and respectful conduct at all times
Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of proven experience
- Valid Ethiopian driving license
- Must live around the Bole Atlas or nearby areas
- Strong knowledge of Addis Ababa roads and traffic regulations
- Ability to follow instructions and handle assistant-related tasks
- Honest, punctual, flexible, and dependable
Additional Requirements
- Willingness to work extended hours when required
- Basic communication and coordination skills
