Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Integrated Business Planning (IBP) and S&OP processes
- Develop and manage production plans and schedules
- Oversee demand forecasting and material requirements planning (MRP)
- Ensure raw material availability and supply continuity
- Optimize inventory levels and working capital
- Support capacity planning, expansion, and investment decisions
- Monitor planning KPIs and provide management reports
Requirements:
- BSc in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or related field (master’s preferred)
- 8–12 years of experience in manufacturing planning, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Strong experience in ERP/MRP systems (SAP or equivalent)
- Background in PPE, plastics, or industrial manufacturing is an advantage
- Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills
