Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Project Management, Social Work, Community Development, Psychology, or a related field.
Experience Requirements
- More than 6 years of professional experience in program coordination or management, preferably in the non-profit sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee community programs and charitable initiatives.
- Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and ensure successful program implementation.
- Coordinate with stakeholders, beneficiaries, volunteers, and partner organizations.
- Monitor project progress, evaluate outcomes, and prepare periodic reports.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, donor requirements, and project objectives.
- Identify program risks and implement appropriate mitigation measures.
- Facilitate meetings, workshops, and community engagement activities.
- Support resource planning and effective utilization of project resources.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and records.
- Perform other related duties assigned by management.
