! Urgent Project Lead – Fintech

Job Summary:

On behalf of our client, we are seeking a Project lead to manage successful delivery of strategic initiatives within a fast-growing fintech environment. The role will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing projects across digital payments, financial technology solutions, and business transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives, regulatory requirements, and operational priorities while driving collaboration across multiple stakeholders and business functions.

Responsibilities:

• Lead projects from initiation through implementation, ensuring delivery within scope, timeline, and budget.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, and resource requirements.
• Establish project governance, reporting mechanisms, and performance tracking processes.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks and dependencies, and implement mitigation plans.
• Coordinate activities across Product, Technology, Operations, Compliance, and Commercial teams.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings and provide regular project status updates and recommendations.
• Ensure project deliverables align with business goals, customer needs, and regulatory requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement of project management processes and delivery standards.
• Support portfolio planning, prioritization, and effective resource allocation across projects.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project or program management, preferably within fintech, financial services, banking, telecommunications, or technology sectors.
• Proven experience managing cross-functional projects and delivering technology-driven initiatives.
• Strong understanding of digital payments, payment gateways, POS solutions, QR payments, or related financial technology products.
• Experience working with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum Master, or related certifications are an advantage
