Property Management Officer

Qualification

• Diploma or BA Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field

Required Skills

• Experience in inventory, property, or asset management
• Strong organizational and record-keeping skills
• High attention to detail and accountability
• Basic computer skills (MS Excel, inventory systems, ERP knowledge is an advantage)
• Good communication and coordination skills

Key Responsibilities

Asset & Inventory Management

• Track asset allocation and maintain proper documentation (issuance, returns, replacements)
• Manage inventory of uniforms, shoes, and company-issued materials
• Maintain an updated asset register and inventory system
• Conduct periodic stock counts and audits

Procurement & Store Management

• Coordinate procurement requests for uniforms and other materials
• Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials and supplies
• Store items safely and organize them for easy access
• Label and track all items accurately

Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain accurate stock records (manual or computerized)
• Issue materials to staff with proper documentation
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages or overstocking
• Report losses, damages, or discrepancies to management
• Prepare reports on stock movement and inventory balances

Coordination

• Work with operations teams to distribute uniforms and materials to outsourced employees
• Manage returns of uniforms and shoes from exiting employees
