Required Qualifications and Experience
- Experience testing web applications (manual or basic automation).
- Familiarity with React/Node.js architecture is a plus.
- Comfort with bug-tracking tools (Jira, Trello, or your personal sticky-note system).
- Basic knowledge of database structure and queries.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills; empathy for both devs and end-users.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct manual testing across web frontends and backends.
- Develop and run basic automated test scripts where beneficial.
- Document test plans, bug reports, and follow-ups.
- Work closely with Full Stack Devs and UX/UI Designers to maintain top-notch quality.
- Participate in daily scrums, cracking a joke or two to keep spirits high.
