Job Overview

The Real Estate Salesperson will be responsible for managing the sales process from lead generation to closing deals. The role involves interacting with clients, presenting property options, conducting viewings, and negotiating sales agreements.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Activities

• Prospect potential clients and generate sales leads.
• Conduct client meetings and property viewings.

Client Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process.

Market Awareness

• Maintain knowledge of real estate market trends and property values.
• Understand client needs and match them with appropriate properties.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of experience in real estate sales or marketing (for junior level).
• Experience in customer service and sales.
• Knowledge of real estate market trends and property sales.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
