Job Overview
The Real Estate Salesperson will be responsible for managing the sales process from lead generation to closing deals. The role involves interacting with clients, presenting property options, conducting viewings, and negotiating sales agreements.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Activities
- Prospect potential clients and generate sales leads.
- Conduct client meetings and property viewings.
- Present property information and answer client inquiries.
- Negotiate offers and finalize sales agreements.
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
- Follow up with prospects and existing clients.
Market Awareness
- Maintain knowledge of real estate market trends and property values.
- Understand client needs and match them with appropriate properties.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of experience in real estate sales or marketing (for junior level).
- Experience in customer service and sales.
- Knowledge of real estate market trends and property sales.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent negotiation and closing abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
