About the Role:
We’re looking for a dynamic Sales and Marketing Manager to lead ZERGAW CLOUD’s growth strategy, revenue generation, and brand presence. This role will drive our transition from a local cloud provider to the region’s most trusted and reliable cloud platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strong B2B sales strategy targeting enterprise clients.
- Manage the full sales lifecycle — from lead generation to deal closure.
- Design value-based pricing and subscription models (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS).
- Lead high-value contract negotiations, especially for DR and high-availability solutions.
- Strengthen brand visibility through integrated marketing, events, and digital campaigns.
- Direct content development that promotes local cloud adoption.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or IT (MBA preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in sales leadership, ideally in Cloud or B2B IT solutions.
- Strong knowledge of cloud technologies and CRM systems.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic planning skills.
