Role Description

This is a hybrid unpaid 10-week internship role for a Sales Associate located in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, with some work from home acceptable. The Sales Associate will be responsible for:

• Supporting the sales team through client research
• Lead generation and market analysis
• Managing customer relationships
• Assisting in sales presentations
• Performing administrative duties
• Updating CRM systems
• Coordinating with other departments to ensure the sales process runs smoothly

Qualifications

• Strong research, lead generation, and market analysis skills
• Excellent communication and customer relationship management abilities
• Ability to assist in sales presentations and perform administrative duties
• Experience with CRM systems and other sales-related software
• Motivated self-starter with the ability to work independently and in a team setting
• Familiarity with the digital economy and technology industry is a plus
• Pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
