Role Description
This is a hybrid unpaid 10-week internship role for a Sales Associate located in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, with some work from home acceptable. The Sales Associate will be responsible for:
- Supporting the sales team through client research
- Lead generation and market analysis
- Managing customer relationships
- Assisting in sales presentations
- Performing administrative duties
- Updating CRM systems
- Coordinating with other departments to ensure the sales process runs smoothly
Qualifications
- Strong research, lead generation, and market analysis skills
- Excellent communication and customer relationship management abilities
- Ability to assist in sales presentations and perform administrative duties
- Experience with CRM systems and other sales-related software
- Motivated self-starter with the ability to work independently and in a team setting
- Familiarity with the digital economy and technology industry is a plus
- Pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
