Female: Sales Officer

Company Overview:

TIQUR Trading PLC is engaged in technology and Ethio Telecom product/service provision with shops across Addis Ababa. The company focuses on enterprise customers and is expanding rapidly. TIQUR Trading seeks a competitive, energetic, and trustworthy female Sales Officer to support business growth.

Position Overview:

The Sales Officer will manage daily shop sales activities, discover and pursue new sales prospects, negotiate deals, and maintain customer satisfaction. This role involves both inside (shop-based) and outside sales work. Strong communication skills and a passion for sales are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day sales activities inside the shop.
• Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and evaluate customer needs.
• Actively seek new sales prospects through cold calling, networking, and outdoor sales.
• Set up meetings with potential clients and understand their requirements.
• Prepare and deliver presentations on products and services.
• Negotiate deals, handle complaints, and resolve objections.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets.
• Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.

Requirements and Qualifications:

•  Must be female.
• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or business-related fields.
• Proficiency in English.
• Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and a fast learner.
• Passion for sales.
• Must have a guarantor (የሰው ዋስ) working in a government office, NGO, or reputable private company.
