Job Summary
The role is responsible for marketing, negotiating, and closing high-value commercial property transactions in alignment with the company’s commercial development strategy.
This position is designed for experienced direct sales professionals with strong performance records, disciplined execution, and excellent client advisory capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Market, negotiate, and close high-value commercial property deals across company developments
- Execute direct sales activities from prospect engagement to contract closure and handover
- Conduct property presentations, site visits, and client briefings
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contractual agreements in line with company policies
- Build and maintain long-term professional relationships with clients
- Ensure all sales documentation complies with company and legal requirements
- Maintain accurate sales records, pipelines, and performance reports
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities relevant to direct sales
- Utilize company-supported leads from digital marketing and telemarketing teams
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of direct sales experience (cross-industry experience acceptable)
- Bachelor’s Degree (BA) in any field from a recognized institution
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Good negotiation and closing skills
- Basic computer skills, including MS Office and CRM systems
