As we expand our reach, we are looking for a dynamic Sales Supervisor to lead our sales team and drive growth in the competitive sportswear market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market share and brand visibility.
- Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and provide actionable insights to management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and key clients.
- Train and develop team members to ensure excellent customer service and product knowledge.
- Coordinate promotional activities and in-store campaigns to drive customer engagement.
- Identify new business opportunities and contribute to the expansion of our retail presence.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in retail, sportswear, or apparel industry.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing a sales team.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to make informed decisions.
- Energetic, goal-oriented, and passionate about sports and fitness.
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
