Job Summary
Sun Optics Optometry Eye Clinic is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate is a professional with a degree in marketing, 1-2 years of sales experience, and a passion for delivering excellent customer service. The Sales Specialist will play a key role in promoting our high-quality eyewear products, assisting customers in selecting the right optical solutions, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in selecting eyewear products that best suit their needs.
- Provide professional advice on frames, lenses, and optical accessories.
- Effectively communicate product features, benefits, and promotions to customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing store layout.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the branch.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on the latest eyewear trends and technologies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
- 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in retail or the optical industry.
