Job Summary
We are seeking a mature and highly experienced Senior UX/UI Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be the creative force behind our digital products, taking client inputs and transforming them into beautiful, intuitive, and highly functional designs. This is not just about creating static mockups; it’s about crafting real-world, usable solutions that can be seamlessly translated into web and mobile applications.
The ideal candidate is a senior with a proven portfolio of professional designs that have been successfully brought to life. You will be expected to work independently, manage your own workload, and collaborate effectively with our development and project management teams to ensure a smooth transition from design to final product.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design process from discovery and requirements gathering to final handoff.
- Transform client inputs into clear, beautiful, and user-centered UI/UX designs.
- Create detailed wireframes, mockups, user flows, and interactive prototypes using industry-standard design tools.
- Collaborate directly with clients and internal stakeholders to present and justify design decisions.
- Work closely with developers to ensure the design vision is accurately and efficiently implemented.
- Maintain and evolve our design system, ensuring consistency across all platforms and projects.
- Iterate on designs based on user feedback, data, and business goals.
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven professional experience as a UX/UI or Product Designer with deep expertise in at least one professional design tool (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
- A professional portfolio showcasing completed projects that have been developed and deployed. This is a crucial requirement.
- Deep understanding of UX principles, UI best practices, and responsive design for web and mobile.
- Experience in professional graphic design and proficiency with tools like Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate design concepts and manage client expectations.
- Demonstrated maturity and initiative, with the ability to work independently and manage project deadlines.
- A strong team player who can collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with front-end development basics is a plus.
