Job Summary
Responsible for managing HR and workforce operations at A Two Electromechanical, ensuring efficient deployment of engineers, technicians, and site staff. Supports site supervision, task follow-up, reporting, fleet coordination, and compliance with TQM principles and ISO standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, recruit, and deploy skilled and unskilled workforce for projects
- Assist site supervisors in monitoring workforce performance and task completion
- Consolidate and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports on manpower, attendance, productivity, and site issues
- Manage fleet operations (vehicles, drivers, maintenance, and fuel control)
- Oversee payroll, attendance, and labor cost control
- Ensure HR processes comply with labor laws, TQM, and ISO 9001 standards
- Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary matters
- Support HSE compliance, safety training, and PPE enforcement
- Maintain accurate HR, fleet, and operational records for audits and management
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HRM, Business Administration, or related field
- 8+ years’ experience in HR, preferably in construction or electromechanical projects
Core Skills
- Workforce planning and task supervision
- Fleet and logistics coordination
- Knowledge of TQM & ISO quality systems
- Reporting, analysis, and HRIS/ERP proficiency
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and coordination skills
