Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and provide excellent customer service.
- Explain product features (milk products, dairy items, animal feed supplements, etc.).
- Assist customers in selecting the right products based on their needs.
- Handle sales transactions, billing, receipts, and cash management.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper arrangement of the shop.
- Check product freshness and ensure proper storage for milk and dairy items.
- Monitor stock levels and report when items need restocking.
- Support daily shop operations and opening/closing activities.
- Handle customer inquiries and solve basic issues politely.
- Promote new products and daily offers.
Qualifications
- 0–2 years of experience in sales or customer service
- Basic understanding of shop operations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to learn fast about dairy and animal milk products.
- Honest, disciplined, and hardworking.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle busy hours.
