We are Seeking Site Engineer

Builder Base Construction Work PLC is a Company specializing in office and commercial spaces Building and Renovation Works. We believe great design is purposeful, adaptable, and built for growth. We are looking for a passionate Site Engineer to help us bring that vision to life.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and manage day-to-day construction activities on site

• Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedule
• Set out works and verify levels, alignment, and measurements
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers
• Monitor work quality and ensure compliance with required standards
• Implement and enforce health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations
• Identify and resolve technical issues arising on-site
• Prepare and maintain site reports, daily progress records, and documentation
• Monitor material usage and ensure proper storage on-site
• Assist in project planning, scheduling, and progress tracking
• Measure completed works and support quantity and cost control
• Report progress, challenges, and delays to the Project Manager

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in: Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience, Strong portfolio with experience in a similar position
• Knowledge of Ethiopian construction standards and materials is an advantage.
