Site Supervisor Opportunity

Responsibilities

This is a full-time Site Supervisor role located in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. The Site Supervisor will be responsible for:

• Overseeing day-to-day site operations
• Ensuring compliance with safety standards
• Coordinating with contractors and vendors
• Managing site staff
• Monitoring project progress
• Scheduling work
• Handling site logistics
• Solving any on-site issues as they arise

Qualifications

• Education: Civil Engineering
• Experience: 4 years direct experience in site supervision
• Background: Experience in site supervision, project management, and construction management
• Knowledge: Knowledge of safety standards and regulations
• Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills
• Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Communication: Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Software Proficiency: Proficiency with site management software and tools
• Location: Ability to work on-site in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia
• Certifications: Relevant certifications in Safety Management are a plus
• Degree: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
