Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and strategic Social Media Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for real estate marketing, strong digital communication skills, and a proven track record in growing online engagement. You will be responsible for managing and creating content across multiple social media platforms to strengthen brand presence, generate leads, and support marketing objectives.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies aligned with company goals
- Create engaging and visually appealing content for social media platforms, including posts, videos, and stories
- Monitor performance analytics and optimize campaigns to maximize reach and engagement
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to support promotions and campaigns
- Manage social media advertising campaigns and budgets
- Stay up-to-date with social media trends, tools, and competitor strategies
- Ensure all content aligns with brand voice and guidelines
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in social media management (real estate experience is a plus)
- Strong creative thinking and content creation skills
- Proficient with social media platforms, analytics, and advertising tools
- Excellent communication, editing, and research abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
- Detail-oriented with a passion for storytelling and brand building
