The Opportunity
Join our flagship ERP Solutions Trainee Program and become an Odoo expert! We’ll invest in your growth through intensive coaching, hands-on projects, and client exposure. Post-training, you’ll join our core team with different positions and titles based on your strengths in customization, client training, process design, or technical development.
Key Responsibilities
During and after training, you will:
- Implement Odoo ERP Solutions: Develop new modules, customize existing modules, configure workflows, and integrate client systems.
- Support End-to-End Projects: Assist in installation, data migration, user training, and post-go-live support.
- Solve Creatively: Troubleshoot issues, propose efficiency hacks, and adapt Odoo ERP to unique business needs.
- Collaborate: Work with developers, clients, and project managers to deliver seamless ERP adoption.
- Communicate Solutions: Translate technical details for clients during training/support.
- Document & Improve: Maintain project logs, create user guides, and refine implementation methodologies.
- Audit & Optimize: Monitor live systems, identify improvement areas, and implement upgrades.
Qualifications & Skills Essentials for Fresh Graduates:
- Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related fields.
- Fast-Learning Aptitude: Demonstrated ability to master new technologies quickly (e.g., academic projects, self-taught skills).
- Problem-Solving: Analytical mindset with curiosity to dissect technical/business challenges.
- Collaboration: Proven teamwork in academic/professional settings.
- Baseline Technical Exposure: Understanding Software Engineering concepts and principles.
- Understanding of databases: SQL, Python, or web technologies.
- Awareness of UI/UX concepts: and designs.
- Familiarity with Linux/cloud environments: (AWS/Azure) is a plus.
For Experienced Candidates (≤2 Years):
- Experience in ERP support, software implementation, or business analysis.
- Exposure to Odoo, SAP, or similar platforms preferred.
- Ownership Mentality: Initiative to lead tasks and improve processes.

Contract Details & Performance:
- This is a 1-year fixed-term contract position.
- Contract extension will be contingent upon successful performance and business needs.
- A standard probation period applies.
- Performance will be regularly evaluated against specific Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and deliverables aligned with the responsibilities outlined for each role. Success in each role will be measured by the KPI document that contains performance indicator points.
