Join Holland Dairy PLC as Technical Manager

Role Description

The Technical Manager is responsible for managing, directing, and installing all preventive and corrective technical activities within the different locations of Holland Dairy PLC.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all preventive and corrective technical activities.
• Oversee project management of technical expansions.
• Provide on-the-job training for technical staff and operators.
• Manage wear and spare parts.
• Structure, control, and replenish stock of wear and spare parts.
• Implement SOP & ISO standards.
• Create and follow maintenance plans for machines and utilities.
• Perform failure analyses by identifying root causes.
• Act as the first point of contact with service providers.
• Report on technical conditions and risks in the factory.
• Manage expansion projects with various suppliers.
• Perform manual repairs when necessary.
• Assist in setting up ventilation and refrigeration systems.
• Maintain documentation for a safe working environment.
• Supervise work in progress by third parties.
• Conduct general upkeep procedures and other assigned tasks.

Qualification:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in a technical management role within the food, beverage, or similar FMCG manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, plant operations, and maintenance procedures. In-depth knowledge of food safety standards (HACCP, ISO) and local regulations is essential.
