The Tender & Estimation Coordinator is responsible for preparing, reviewing, and coordinating tender submissions and cost estimations for construction projects. The role ensures accuracy, competitiveness, and compliance with project requirements and company standards.
Job Requirement
Qualification:
- BSc in Civil Engineering or Construction Technology and Management
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of experience
- At least 1 year in a senior position in a similar discipline
- Experience must be in a construction company, specifically in building projects
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong understanding of tendering and estimation processes
- Good analytical and cost evaluation skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and coordination skills
Additional Advantage:
- International company experience is an advantage
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review tender documents and cost estimates
- Coordinate with technical and commercial teams for bid preparation
- Analyze project specifications, drawings, and BOQs
- Ensure compliance with tender requirements and deadlines
- Support pricing strategies and cost optimization
- Maintain proper documentation of tender submissions
