Job Summary
To drive commercial success by managing retail and trade experience operations, ensuring brand visibility, customer satisfaction, and execution of trade marketing strategies across assigned territories. The role bridges strategic planning and field execution, supporting both customer experience and sales growth.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of retail and trade experience channels.
- Train and coach Trade Experience Executives, Partner Staffs, and Third-Party Customer Care Agents on new onboarding orientation ,new products, selling skills & refresher on any identified gap in trade.
- Plan and execute trade marketing campaigns and BTL activities.
- Ensure POSM (Point of Sale Materials) visibility and compliance across retail outlets.
- Handle first-level escalations and coordinate with back-office teams for resolution.
- Track and report campaign performance, customer satisfaction, and operational KPIs.
- Maintain accurate records and submit daily/weekly performance reports.
- Manage budget utilization for trade marketing initiatives.Key performance indicators:
- BTL activation Plan + BTL/van activity Execution / tracking
- Retail Branding (Name Panels, Wash lines, Posters)
- Merchant: QR code Deployment
- Shop - Branding, Visibility, Shop Daily performance Tracking, Quality Audit
- Customer service standard
- Training for Trade Experience Executives, Partner Staffs, and Third-Party Customer Care Agents

Qualifications

- Intermediate understanding of business finance.
- Familiarity with customer experience standards and retail care procedures.
