About the Role
The Accounts Payable Supervisor aims to be recognized as a trusted advisor to finance team members and other hotel business partners. This role supports the finance lead in retaining and training best-in-class finance professionals while assisting in the development of their finance team. The Supervisor ensures a robust control and compliance environment, supporting the hotel(s) to maximize profit and contributing to the implementation of EMEA Operations Finance innovations and projects.
Key Responsibilities
1. Operational Management
- Oversee the efficient operation of the hotel’s Accounts Payable / PTP (Procure to Pay) department, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
- Maintain and control the hotel’s accounts payable and related accounts.
- Assist in any other way deemed necessary for the efficient overall operation of the Finance Department.
2. Compliance and Coordination
- Ensure smooth operation of Accounts Payable / OTP in full compliance with policies, regulations, and contractual frameworks.
- Act as a business partner with all hotel finance team members and a broad range of internal and external stakeholders, including Human Resources, Supply Management, Commercial, and Operations.
3. Team Development
- Support the Finance Lead in developing best-in-class hotel finance teams, including participation in relevant finance development and training programs.

- Capability to work well under pressure and effectively handle multiple concurrent demands, appropriately prioritizing responsibilities.
- Must possess the ability to analyze large amounts of data/information efficiently and accurately.
- Ability to learn and perform all essential job functions accurately and safely with minimal direct supervision within the initial training period.
Additional Preferences
- University degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Knowledge of Tower operations to include all aspects.
