Key Responsibilities
Financial Reporting
- Assist in preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting
- Monitor financial performance and highlight variances
Budgeting & Cost Control
- Support budget preparation and forecasting processes
- Monitor expenses against approved budgets
- Analyze variances and recommend corrective actions
Tax & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations (VAT, WHT, payroll taxes)
- Assist in preparation and submission of tax reports
- Support internal and external audits
Cash Flow Management
- Monitor cash flow and maintain adequate liquidity
- Review bank reconciliations and financial transactions
- Support payment processing and approval workflows
Internal Controls
- Implement and monitor internal financial controls
- Ensure proper documentation and audit trails
- Identify and recommend process improvements
Team Support & Supervision
- Supervise finance staff and review their work
- Provide guidance and training where needed
- Ensure timely completion of daily finance activities
Financial Analysis
- Prepare financial reports and analysis for management
- Support decision-making with accurate financial insights
Educational Requirements
- Degree Graduates in Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 4–6 years of relevant experience
