Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and trustworthy Assistant to the CEO to support the Chief Executive Officer in the daily operations of our import business. The role requires strong coordination skills, business communication ability, and follow-up on company activities, suppliers, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the CEO’s daily schedule, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Prepare reports, presentations, and business correspondence
- Coordinate with overseas suppliers, local partners, and internal departments
- Follow up on import documentation, shipment status, and timelines
- Handle confidential company information with professionalism
- Assist in business planning, market research, and operational tasks
- Organize files, contracts, invoices, and import-related documents
- Act as a communication bridge between the CEO and staff
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Logistics, or related field
- 0-2 years of experience, preferably in a similar role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Email)
