BAN-DRCE is seeking a motivated, analytical, and self-starting Associate consultant/ Junior Analyst to join our dynamic team and contribute to solving some of the world's most pressing development challenges.

Key Responsibilities

• Support preparation of proposals, technical reports, and project documentation.
• Participate in data collection planning, data cleaning, management, and analysis.
• Conduct literature reviews, synthesize findings, and contribute to deliverable preparation.
• Assist senior consultants in research design, survey tool development, and field coordination.
• Prepare presentations, briefs, and client communication materials.
• Produce PowerPoint, participate in report writing, data tabulation, data analysis
• Contribute to overall project management and timely delivery of assignments.
• Represent BAN-DRCE in various national and international events and forums, collaborate with partners

Qualifications

• BA/BSc or MSc in Economics, Statistics, Public Policy, Development Studies, Social Sciences, Public Health, or related fields.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant and direct experience in research, consultancy, M&E, or project implementation.
• Strong analytical and writing skills (reports, proposals, concept notes).
• Experience with data management and analysis (Excel, Stata, SPSS).
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and time-management skills.
• Ability to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.

Basic salary: ETB 15,000.00
