About the Job
JSK Travels PLC is seeking a reliable and responsible Collection Officer/Field Assistant to support our operations. The role involves delivering bills to customers, collecting payments, and maintaining accurate records. The ideal candidate should be trustworthy, organized, and able to interact professionally with customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver bills to customer locations in a timely manner
- Collect payments (checks) from customers
- Issue receipts upon payment collection
- Maintain accurate and simple records of all collected payments
- Report daily activities and collections to the office
- Ensure safe handling of payments and documents
Qualifications
- TVET or Diploma in Accounting or a related field
- Minimum of 1 year relevant experience is preferred
- Basic computer skills
- Valid driving license is preferred
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Honest, responsible, and detail-oriented
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Male applicants only
