Job Summary:
The Branch Customer Service Supervisor is responsible for overseeing branch banking operations within an interest-free banking environment, ensuring efficient service delivery, strong customer experience, and compliance with banking policies. The role focuses on team leadership, operational control, sales performance, and supporting financial inclusion objectives while ensuring all earnings and operations comply with halal banking principles.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting, or other business-related fields.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of banking operations experience.
- At least 2 years of experience as Senior Officer, Customer Service Manager, or Customer Service Supervisor in branch banking.
