Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities
- Monitor and operate CCTV cameras and control room equipment
- Observe live and recorded footage to detect incidents or suspicious activities
- Report accidents, illegal activities, and security concerns to relevant authorities
- Track and monitor company vehicles using GPS systems
- Maintain accurate incident logs and data records
- Prepare daily and shift-based operational reports
- Ensure security protocols are followed within the control room
- Communicate incidents and alerts to relevant departments and authorities
- Handle operational alerts such as delays and emergencies
Job Requirements
Qualification
- BA Degree or College Diploma in ICT or a related field
Experience
- No prior experience required (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)

- Ability to work in challenging environments
