Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field. Candidates with additional certifications such as Certified Quality Engineer or QMS Auditor certification, are preferred. Strong domain knowledge in manufacturing processes, particularly in the Paint, Chemical, Pharma, FMCG, or Automotive industries, is an advantage.
Experience: 0–3 years of relevant experience in manufacturing or production environments, preferably in an executive or technical support role within industrial operations.
Functional Competencies:
- People management skills with the ability to coordinate and support teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Understanding of manufacturing processes and quality systems
- Ability to interpret technical data and support process improvement
Behavioral Competencies: Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, strong multitasking capabilities, attention to detail, adaptability, and commitment to meeting production and quality standards.
