We are a rapidly growing company seeking a visionary Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead our growth journey. The ideal candidate will have a strong strategic mindset, proven leadership experience, and the ability to manage and grow four independent business units.
Responsibilities:
- Define and drive long-term strategy and vision.
- Lead and scale four autonomous business units.
- Build and mentor a high-performing executive management team.
- Ensure financial strength, operational efficiency, and innovation.
- Report to the board with transparency and measurable results.
- Cultivate partnerships and represent the company at the highest level.
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
- 10+ years in senior leadership, ideally across multiple business units.
- Strong track record in scaling organizations and building executive teams.
- Excellent strategic, operational, and communication skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with high integrity and accountability.
