Responsibilities:

• Define and drive long-term strategy and vision.
• Lead and scale four autonomous business units.
• Build and mentor a high-performing executive management team.
• Ensure financial strength, operational efficiency, and innovation.
• Report to the board with transparency and measurable results.
• Cultivate partnerships and represent the company at the highest level.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
• 10+ years in senior leadership, ideally across multiple business units.
• Strong track record in scaling organizations and building executive teams.
• Excellent strategic, operational, and communication skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with high integrity and accountability.
