Qualifications
- First degree in Accounting and Finance
- Experience: 0-2 years
Additional Skills
Proficiency in commonly used office software such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and calendar management tools is required.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and track company expenses and petty cash.
- Maintain all accounting records using Peachtree Accounting and Excel software.
- Prepare payment checks, financial statements, and receipts for all income.
- Manage all government taxes such as VAT declarations, income tax, withholdings, pensions, rentals, utilities, staff payroll, and related tasks on a timely basis.
- Prepare financial reports such as profit & loss, balance sheet, and cash flow.
- Report tax through E-Tax, preparing tax computations, and returns.
