We are seeking a competent, caring, and dynamic applicant for the position of Clinical Nurse to provide quality nursing care, support patient treatment plans, and ensure effective clinical service delivery.
Qualification
- Level 4 Diploma in Nursing and a COC certificate from a recognized institution.
Experience
- Relevant experience of 1 year and above in clinical nursing, patient care, hospital, clinic, or related healthcare services.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care and support to patients.
- Monitor patient condition and report changes to physicians or supervisors.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Maintain accurate patient records and nursing documentation.
- Support infection prevention and safety procedures.
- Assist during emergency and routine clinical procedures.
Desired Skills
- Neonatal Resuscitation training.
- Immunization trainings (advantageous).
- Good communication skill.
- Strong patient care and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle emergencies.
- Professional ethics and confidentiality.
- Attention to detail and time management skills.
- Compassionate attitude and problem-solving ability.
