Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and secure collateral for various investment projects, ensuring alignment with funding requirements.
• Conduct market research to locate high-value assets suitable for investment security.
• Establish strategic partnerships with asset holders, financial institutions, and local businesses.
• Perform risk analysis on pledged assets, assessing liquidity, market stability, and legal compliance.
• Negotiate collateral agreements with investors and asset providers, ensuring favorable terms.
• Maintain a database of potential collateral sources, tracking asset availability and valuation trends.
• Collaborate with legal and financial teams to structure secure investment-backed agreements.
• Ensure compliance with Ethiopian and international financial regulations regarding asset pledging.
