Job Summary

Boston Partners PLC and Kuriftu Resorts are looking for a dynamic and strategic Corporate Sales Manager to lead the corporate sales function across their hospitality portfolio. The role is responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, driving revenue growth, building strong corporate partnerships, and positioning the brand as a market leader in the hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive corporate sales strategy to achieve revenue and market share targets.
  • Lead, coach, and manage the corporate sales team across all properties.
  • Identify new business opportunities and build long-term relationships with corporate clients, travel partners, and key stakeholders.
  • Drive corporate contracts, partnerships, and high-value accounts.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to refine sales strategies.
  • Prepare and manage annual sales budgets, forecasts, and performance reports.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Revenue, and Operations teams to ensure aligned commercial strategies.
  • Represent the company in industry events, networking forums, and sales roadshows.

About You

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior sales role within the well-known hospitality sector.
  • Proven experience in strategic sales planning and execution.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities.
  • Strong corporate client network and relationship-building capability.
  • Bachelor’s or MA degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field.
