Customer Relationship Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Relationship Manager to build and maintain strong relationships with clients while supporting business growth and customer satisfaction. The role involves managing customer portfolios, identifying financing opportunities, providing financial solutions, and ensuring high service standards aligned with organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and business clients.
• Manage and grow assigned customer portfolios through continuous engagement and service delivery.
• Identify customer financing and credit needs and provide suitable banking solutions.
• Support loan and financing processes through customer assessment and documentation follow-up.
• Monitor customer account performance and ensure timely resolution of customer concerns.
• Promote banking products and services to achieve business growth targets.
• Conduct customer visits and maintain regular communication to strengthen relationships.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, banking procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare customer reports, portfolio updates, and performance summaries.
• Coordinate with internal departments to deliver efficient and timely customer support.

Required Qualifications:

• BA Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting, or other business-related fields.
• Minimum of 4 years of banking experience.
• At least 2 years of experience as an Officer in financing/credit area.
