About the Role:

- You’ll play a key role in setting the tone and atmosphere of the space
- Ideal for someone who enjoys variety and being actively involved throughout the day
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist members & guests, ensuring a premium experience
- Maintain smooth day-to-day operations of the space and manage meeting rooms and common areas
- Act as the first point of contact for support
- Build strong relationships within the community
- Support planning and execution of events
Requirements:
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Friendly, professional, and attentive attitude
- Proactive, resourceful, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Background in business, hospitality, marketing, or accounting
- 1+ year experience in customer-facing roles, sales, or marketing
